We follow your baby's lead, work around feeding and sleeping schedules and create images that are as genuine and real as this season of life truly is. Your twin cake smash session at the Captured by Sammi Chicago studio includes a fully styled setup tailored to your vision — colors, theme, balloons, florals and of course two custom smash cakes. Our studio is a calm, comfortable and completely private space designed to make your twins feel relaxed and ready to celebrate. A bath or cleanup station can also be arranged so your little ones are fresh and happy for portraits after the smash.

The optimal time for your maternity session is between 32–36 weeks of pregnancy, when your bump is beautifully prominent but you're still comfortable moving between different spots. For Grant Park, golden hour sessions in spring and summer are the most popular — so book early to secure your date.
